Hi Steve, Go to iowadnr.com click on Iowa DNR-wildlife bureau. On the left side of the screen click on nonresident hunting info. that should tell you what you need.

I only live about 20 miles from where I hunt. Its really cool because I hunt real close to the Buddy Holly, Richy Valens & the Big Boper crash site 10 miles N of Clear Lake.
